  • How long are shipping times?

We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping if you choose standard shipping method! Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region.

Estimated delivery time is between 5 to 12 days, or 2 to 4 days if you choose the priority shipping method.

  • What is your "60 Days Money Back Guarantee"?

If the product is defective, damaged or incomplete, the buyer must report it to Carelust within 60 days of receipt. The product will be replaced or refunded within thirty days of receipt, depending on the availability of the product or the decision of the buyer. In both cases, the shipping costs are then borne by us.

  • What's your return policy?

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone after receiving your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

  • What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 60 days from receipt of your order.
